MNGT 322 - Fashion Law

This course provides students with an understanding of the laws applicable to the fashion industry. As the fashion industry has developed over the past 30 years, unique legal issues have arisen. Upon completion of this course students should be familiar with the fundamental principles and relevant case law and statutes involved in the areas of fashion law, and should understand how to use this knowledge in their future careers. Students will also improve their critical-thinking skills as they apply the applicable law to real life scenarios.
