FASH 260 - Introduction to the Cosmetics and Fragrance Industry


This course is an overview of the cosmetics and fragrance industry. Students become familiar with an array of manufacturers, marketing strategies, trade associations, and trade publications. Course work includes terminology, product knowledge, and application techniques used in retail marketing. The course also provides a broad outlook on career opportunities in the cosmetic, fragrance, and related industries.
