Change of Major

Students who plan to change their majors must complete an Undergraduate Request to Change Degree/Major/Concentration Form.  The Undergraduate Request to Change Degree/Major/Concentration Form must be endorsed by the Department Chair or designee of both the proposed new major and of the major the student is leaving. This form is then submitted to the Registrar.
