MNGT 2733 - LeadershipBusiness This course provides an analytical and intellectual examination and reflection of certain core issues in the practice of leadership. Students will develop leadership skills for both life and work situations by examining current real-world examples and will learn the competencies required for leadership in the current and evolving environment. Students will engage in self-reflection and assessment to enhance their effectiveness within and outside the work environment. Students will be able to answer questions such as “What do I need to enhance my effectiveness as a leader?”, “How do I empower my team members to succeed?”, and “How do I create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive?” The course emphasizes honest self-assessment to develop and grow leadership skills in essential areas such as building relationships and trust, communication, change leadership, and more. credit(s): 3 Prerequisite(s): MNGT 2310
