FASH 2618 - Special Topics in Cotton SustainabilityFashion Merchandising & Marketing Department This course places students in a unique partnership with Cotton Incorporated in which students will be equipped with state-of-the-art Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) software in order to research, discover, assess and report the environmental impacts of planting, harvesting, growing and processing cotton. Student will apply their learned research, product-footprinting and assessment skills to measuring the impacts of best-selling cotton styles for large fashion brands. Students will wrap up the course by writing and publishing their findings in an engaging report and share what they learned with the industry at a culminating cotton-sustainability event. credit(s): 3 Prerequisite(s): _FASH1110
