INTD 2413 - Inclusive LeadershipBusiness Department Inclusive work environments are critical to organizational performance and employee engagement. In this course, students will learn about the fundamental traits leaders must possess in order to foster diverse and inclusive climates. In addition, students will learn how to apply leadership frameworks and competency models in complex organizations to create meaningful and sustainable change. Real-world case studies and contemporary literature will be used to deepen understanding on what it means to be an inclusive leader in today’s modern workplace. credit(s): 3 Prerequisite(s): ENGL 1100
