CARE 1300 - Internship Prep: Designing Your Career

Career & Internship Services Department
Students will identify their unique set of talents and strengths, learn how to develop the competencies necessary for career readiness, construct career goals, and design a plan for a successful career journey. Emphasis will be placed on connecting their intended academic program (i.e., major) and their intended career. Students will also learn strategies to search for and successfully obtain internships and other employment opportunities through a process of communicating their personal brand via resume writing, interviewing, and networking.
