NTSC 2150 - Environmental StudiesArts & Sciences Department This course examines the ecological, social, political and economic dimensions of contemporary environmental issues. Climate change, human population growth, water and air pollution, and biodiversity will be examined from an interdisciplinary perspective. Through course assignments and discussions, students will discover how our environment has been altered over time due to the impact of human influence. Although current environmental challenges are complex, students will also investigate how humans have taken strides as stewards of the natural world to improve the state of the Earth’s environment. credit(s): 3 Prerequisite(s): ENGL 1100
