MNGT 3350 - Global ManagementBusiness Department Global Management explores, through a variety of perspectives, what it takes to successfully operate a global firm. These perspectives include the global manager’s environment, the cultural context of global management, formulating and implementing strategy for international operations, and global human resources management.
