COMM 2625 - Documentary and Media Activism

This course introduces the conventions of documentary and media activism. Through critical study and some content creation, students will learn its history, techniques, genres, ethics, the importance of representation, and how media can be used to effectively persuade on social, cultural, economic and political issues.
