INTD 3341 - Evaluating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Assessment & Analytics Business Department Virtually all aspects of an organization are affected by diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Increasingly companies are developing DEI action plans in order to foster greater inclusive work environments, but their efforts often fall short when failing to address changes required throughout all levels of the organization and lacking the appropriate assessment tools to measure their progress. Using a variety of frameworks, such as the Global Diversity and Inclusion Benchmarks (GDIB), students will learn how to set, create, evaluate, and optimize DEI benchmarks for institutional change. By utilizing data and analytics-based insights, students will learn how to achieve measurable DEI outcomes that support institutional decision-making and actions. credit(s): 3 Prerequisite(s): MATH 1300
