MNGT 3324 - Negotiation Business Department This course uses both theory and practice to learn how to reach decisions that satisfy all parties in business situations. Using psychology, ethics, and organizational and economic behavior, it covers how to prepare for a negotiation, how to understand the structure of different types of negotiation, and how to reach mutually satisfying solutions.
