FASH 2623 - Creating the Customer Experience Fashion Merchandising The opportunity to develop a successful new retail business has never been greater. Technology, global connectivity, and a few new generations of consumers, have enabled brands to develop and grow by providing experiences that were unthinkable a few short years ago. This course will explore the many ways businesses have adapted to these new realities, both online and in traditional brick and mortar environments. Creating and managing an effective customer experience requires a strategic, multi -disciplinary approach -and a good dose of creativity.
