ACOM 241 - Women’s Studies The issues and problems that shape the experiences of modern women are explored. Borrowing from various disciplines such as history, literature, music, and art, students examine what it means to be a woman in today’s society. Discussions of critical issues include women and work, women and their families, women and violence, and women and politics.
3 credits Prerequisite: Writing Essentials or successful placement into English Composition
