Religious Holiday Observances

Although LIM College does not close for all religious holidays, the right of any member of the community to observe these holidays is respected. Faculty will allow students to make up the work missed because of such observance. If after reviewing the class syllabus, a student identifies days they will miss due to a religious holiday, they must inform the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at least two weeks in advance. Prior to the holiday, the student must arrange with each faculty member a date/time to turn in any assignments that may be due on those days. If assignments and/or examinations are scheduled on those days, alternate arrangements will be made.
