Long-Term Absence

Students who must be absent for more than two weeks in a row in the main campus program or one week in the online program due to serious illness or family emergency must contact the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs as well as their instructors. Recommendations regarding the student’s enrollment status (withdrawal, incompletes, excused absences) will be made on a case-by-case basis. Students who need to take a medical leave from the College must contact the Senior Director of Counseling & Accessibility Services. Please refer to the Medical Withdrawal Policy for more information.
