No-Show Policy
|

Students are required to participate in all registered courses from the first week of the semester and/or session. Students with no record of Academic Engagement in any of their courses, as defined in LIM College’s Academic Engagement policy, by the time of the end of add/drop, will be identified as a No-Show and will be at risk of being administratively dropped from the semester.
Consequences of Being Administratively Dropped
Students dropped under this policy will face the following consequences based on their student status:
- New Students:
- All current semester course registrations will be canceled.
- Any transfer credits on record will be removed.
- Student status will be reverted from “Enrolled” to “Applicant.”
- Returning and Continuing Students:
- All current semester course registrations will be canceled.
All charges and fees for the semester, will be removed, and all associated financial aid will be cancelled and/or returned.
Financial Implications
For any student administratively dropped under the No-Show Policy:
- All tuition and fees for the semester will be removed from the student’s account.
- All associated financial aid for the semester will be canceled and/or returned to the source.
