MNGT 2610 - Organizational Behavior and Development Marketing, Management & Finance
The goal of Organizational Behavior and Development is to develop students’ understanding of how people behave in organizations and how organizations can use this knowledge to improve performance. Students learn both theory and practical applications of how people behave at the individual, interpersonal and organizational levels. They also learn how to study and understand organizational problems.
