The Course will provide in-depth view of the Retail Industry and how retailers prepare to meet evolving expectations of the consumer market. Students will understand the tools that various retailers have designed and utilize to provide seamless shopping experiences across their various distribution channels. The future business landscape will be forecasted as it continues to incorporate the new and evolving business models which include social media platforms and peer-to-peer sales.
