MATH 2610 - Survey of Statistics

This course provides an introduction to statistical analysis with an emphasis on business applications. It enhances conceptual understanding and computation of descriptive and inferential statistics through a hands-on approach. Spreadsheet software is used to facilitate the coverage of some topics and enrich students’ understanding. The emphasis in this course is on interpreting, reporting and presenting statistical analysis results.
