MNGT 3110 - On Time and Under Budget: Project Management

This course focuses on the skills and concepts needed to lead and complete projects in organizations on time and under budget. Students will learn the skills needed for proper scoping, planning, execution, and completion of projects. Challenges such as influencing outside stakeholders and resources and resistance to change will be discussed. Students will gain experience with project management software.
