Retailing today is a story about consumers, products and the novel ways in which experiences bring them together in both omni channel and global environments. This honors level course will explore current and emerging Retail trends through interactive class discussions, store visits and digital learning platforms. Topics covered will include; merchandise buying, store layouts and locations, and managing the customer experience through personal service and technology.
