MRKT 2611 - Customer Service Marketing, Management & Finance This course introduces students to the core concepts related to effective customer service in retailing and service settings. Students will be exposed to successful service strategies and service culture. The course will provide students with opportunities to develop effective customer service skills in a practical manner. Students will also learn how to distinguish customers’ behavioral styles and decision-making processes so that they can facilitate interactions with customers. Their increased customer awareness will help students deal with difficult customers, diverse customers, and customers with special needs.
