MATH 2760 - Applied Data Analysis Arts & Sciences In this course, students will develop a deeper understanding of statistical inference. A statistical package will be integrated to enable students to work with large data sets. Emphasis is placed on the interpretation, reporting and presentation of findings. Topics covered include hypothesis testing of population parameters, simple and multiple regression, as well as experimental design and analysis of variance. Students will be exposed to various business scenarios for which data analysis is critical for decision making. credit(s): 3 Prerequisite(s): MATH 2610
