MNGT 3615 - Managing Product Innovation Marketing, Management & Finance This course identifies key factors associated with successful product development and service innovation in small firms, or in larger firms that encourage intrapreneurship, and presents a systematic approach to building products that redefine markets or create new ones. It covers the major concerns in the new product development process, emphasizing the managerial issues, concepts, and methods that can be directly useful in improving the productivity of new product development.
