MRKT 2715 - Applied Marketing Research Marketing, Management & Finance This core marketing course introduces students to data-driven decision making and explores how qualitative and quantitative information is used to develop and evaluate marketing strategies. In conjunction with MRKT 204 Consumer Behavior, this course explores market and consumer research through applied projects focused on understanding the decisions underlying basic marketing activities such as segmentation, positioning, promotion and pricing. Students taking this course in conjunction with MRKT 204 will take the theoretical and managerial issues raised in that course and learn how to use research to better understand and employ these concepts. credit(s): 3 Prerequisite(s): MRKT 1550
