VMER 3310 - Visual Technology and Design Visual Merchandising This course introduces students to the process of conceptualizing ideas for retail environments, various visual displays, and omnichannel messaging. Students will learn how to communicate their ideas through renderings and visual directives created in Sketchup, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop. Trends in the retail landscape will be examined throughout the semester and the importance of a clear, holistic visual message for a brand image will be discussed. credit(s): 3 Prerequisite(s): VMER 1010, VMER 2601
