BUSN 3310 - Business Law Marketing, Management & Finance This course provides students with an understanding of the law as it relates to business organizations, individuals, and society in general. Students learn specific applications of the law in areas such as basic contracts, product liability, agency relationships, property rights, e-commerce, and employment law. Regulation of business organizations and their activities by government agencies at various levels is also covered, as well as relevant provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code.
