MNGT 4910 - Senior Capstone - ManagementMarketing, Management & Finance Previous Course Number: MNGT 420
The ability to develop a business plan is essential before starting and operating a business successfully. In this course, students demonstrate prior learning obtained in management and management-related courses by acting as consultants to an entrepreneurial venture in need of a plan for a viable, sustainable and innovative venture, and will explore the implementation and development of the plan over the course of the semester. Working individually and in groups, students will develop a business plan including a strategic analysis, action and implementation plans, contingency analysis and budget proposal.
