FASH 291 - Advanced Cad For Merchandising

This course will introduce the student to advanced computer-aided drawing & design and enable them to create advanced flat boards, fabric boards, trend boards, spec sheets, line sheets, wall planograms, floor plans advanced weaves, fabrics and trim items. The student will develop 3D skills and incorporate within product development presentation. Students will develop an advanced buyer on order sheet utilizing Illustrator, Photoshop and Excel.
3 credits
Prerequisite: FASH 105-Fashion Fundamentals, FASH 270-Textiles, FASH 291-CAD for Merchandising, MFTC 119-Computer Applications
