FASH 227 - Cultural Connections to Fashion

This course will examine the cultural, political, sociological and economic history of the 20th century, and how the element that carved the century impact fashion, culture, art, design music and film of today. The course will also demonstrate the ‘cause and effect’ process of history; how historical events impact cultural and fashion trends – the ‘cultural connections’ that one must be able to make for careers in fashion.
