Students will explore the principles and practices of quality management in fashion supply chains, with a focus on leveraging technology and analytics to improve supply chain quality and performance. The course covers the critical role of quality management in ensuring effective and efficient fashion supply chain operations, as well as the impact of fashion supply chain quality on organizational performance and customer satisfaction. The course also explores the various quality management frameworks, tools, and techniques that can be applied to improve fashion supply chain quality and performance, with an emphasis on the application of technology and analytics.
