Non-matriculated student status is given to students who would like to take individual courses without initially enrolling in a degree program. To qualify as a non-matriculated student in an undergraduate-level course, a student:
- must be a high school graduate or have earned a GED
- may only take up to 18 credit hours before declaring a major and enrolling in a degree program
Please note that some coursework taken in non-matriculated status may not transfer to a degree.
