Change of Major

Students who plan to change their majors must complete a Change of Major Form.  The Change of Major form must first be endorsed by the Department Chair (or designee) of the proposed new major, approved by an advisor of the major the student is leaving, and submitted to the Registrar.  To allow for timely processing of paperwork and transferring of student files, the Change of Major Form must be submitted to the Registrar according to the following schedule:
