This course covers the fundamental theories of leadership and helps students develop their own leadership skills and philosophy. It will examine classical and contemporary leadership theories and styles and examine leader behavior, including questions of ethics, power, organizational culture, and change. Students will reflect on their own leadership skills and styles in order to develop a coherent leadership philosophy.
