FASH 3650 - Product Lifecycle Management

Fashion Merchandising
Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) helps global fashion businesses organize their product information and bring structure to the product development processes. This course will utilize Gerber’s Yunique PLM computer program in the creation of Tech Packs for fashion apparel products. Students will create Tech Packs (Technical Package), containing pages of information that include color palettes, fabrications, costing, trims and garment specifications. In this course, students will take on the role acting as a Merchandiser/Product Developer working in the industry by learning the overall process of creating a style from start to finish.
