Building upon the foundation and skills learned in Event Planning Essentials, this course focuses on the business aspects of the field. Areas of study include strategies to plan, budget, produce, promote, execute and measure the success of events. Emphasis is placed on client and vendor relations, event marketing, promotion, social media, media relations/publicity and sponsorship.
