FASH 261 - Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Promotion


The principles of marketing and promotion for the cosmetics industry are explored through the detailed study of trends, product ideation, positioning, advertising, brand image, and licensing as they relate to the launch of a product. Category promotional plans are examined through analysis of the competitive marketplace and its product and distribution strategies, as well as through case studies of blockbuster global brands.
