ACOM 320 - The Art of Persuasion


This course builds upon the basics learned in Public Speaking and the techniques of Professional Communications, focusing on advanced performance and written skills. The tools of persuasion, such as credibility, influence, and language intensity, and the fundamentals of interpersonal communications will be explored. A greater understanding of the self and one’s relationship to others will be acquired utilizing verbal, non-verbal, listening, and conflict-management exercises.
