VMER 240 - Drawing Design Studio

This course is designed to introduce students to fundamental freehand drawing skills applicable to visual merchandising. Through a variety of exercises, the course will enhance the student’s ability to observe form, detail, light, texture, space, and proportion. Students will develop a visual language that will allow them to conceptualize through the medium of drawing.

Prerequisite: VMER 100-Introduction to Visual Merchandising or VMER 100H-Honors Introduction to Visual Merchandising or permission of the department
